Will this option set come back in stock or was it a limited-time run item? Been looking around at other sites and none seem to ever have it in stock.

It is a regular release, but unfortunately difficult to predict due to the nature of Bandai's reprint schedule. We suggest adding the item to your wishlist to receive a notification for any restocks!

Are the hands that come in this kit as color separated as shown on the box
Answer
No, but they're designed so you can swap in the white parts from the HG Lupus. None of the models of the Lupus or Rex include color-accurate fingertips unfortunately, not even the upcoming MG of the former which at this point doesn't make sense as we know Bandai has had the ability to print multiple colors of plastic in a single part since the F90 kits from 30 years ago. Some of the action figures like the Universe and Metal Build do though but those come painted out of the box.
