Is this compatible with the HGCE 192 Freedom Gundam (Revive)?

It is. As a side note the beam rifle and shield from the revive kit don't fit in the included slots on the base.

Kind of. Since they just are just sitting in there (with no actual connection) they should be able to work somehow.

The Meteor itself is an...
The Meteor itself is an amazing model; easy to build, very imposing, and the addition of a stand with storage clips for the Freedom’s weapons is a greatly appreciated addition. The arms of the Meteor are durable, but the clip that holds them in place is a bit hard to get on. The Freedom itself is a welcome addition, but the model is subpar compared to other HG models of the Freedom or Strike Freedom Gundam, lacking appropriate coloring on some sections, so be prepared to paint or use a Gundam Marker if you want to display it by itself; but it’s sufficient when paired with the Freedom. Includes stickers that can denote it either as the Freedom’s Meteor, or as the Justice’s, which is also nice.
