Stop AAPI Hate, a reporting database created at the beginning of the pandemic as a response to the increase in racial violence, received 2,808 reports of anti-Asian discrimination between March 19 and December 31, 2020. The majority of the reports are happening in our very backyard, the Bay Area.

Newtype is owned by Asian Americans and are compelled to raise awareness for the cause.  We're bringing back our stickers and donating all the funds to Stop AAPI Hate (https://stopaapihate.org/). In addition, each dollar will be matched by our ownership. Let's spread this message and #stopasianhate.
