These work best if you pair them with a rigid sanding stick like what's offered by Dspiae. Can't get them here on Newtype but they are available in the US. They last and for Gunpla I've never need to get into anything lower than 800grit. To get scratches out you need to offset by 90 degrees when moving up in grits. With these and sanding sticks that go up to 7,000grit you can getan extremely clean finish. You have to put in the time to get the clean results you want so take your time and go slow.

These higher grits don't really get the lower grit scratches out like i wanted. I stop at 800 or 1000 grit and move directly to Gunprimer's Balancer gray for the desired results.
