I loved putting these guys together. Probably the greatest looking kit I own. The Penelope is kinda hard to pose because its a literal brick of plastic, but it looks good with the XI and the whole effects set

This kit is worth the money that I spent, easy to assemble and fun to play with. The effect set makes this kit more wonderful. This gundam is so big, u can see I put it next to mg Hi nu.

As of writing this review I've only finished straight building both the Xi and Penelope (no sanding, waterslides, topcoat, lining, etc.) and yet I am already happy with this set. There isn't anything different about the Xi or Penelope in this set (build wise) from their standard HGUC counterparts to my knowledge, however the included action bases and effect parts are what truly make this set worth while. They make the kits look much more dynamic and the effects themselves are great. Plus the giant box makes this set feel much more like an event similar to a PG than it does two HG's with some effects. The included waterslides also add a lot to both kits and are the only thing that set them apart from the standard release versions. From a glance at the instructions and the sheet itself the waterslides included with this set are sure to make these versions of the Xi and Penelope much more detailed as compared to the standard release versions. In my opinion this set is a must buy if you are a fan of Hathaway's Flash but if you aren't this set becomes a little more difficult to recommend as 188$ is a lot for two HG's. However if you are at all interested in the Xi and Penelope I would highly recommend stomaching the cost as this set will not disappoint. (Pictures with panel lining)
