Shenlong Gundam is among my favorite MS designs and this EW version looks really awesome. That said, posing this model can be a pain: the Dragon Fang unit doesn't fit into the arm slot very tightly and often falls off. It also clash with other parts very easily, so caution is needed to prevent possible damage.

This Zeta Gundam is a parts-former -- after all it's just HG. Having no real transformation also makes both modes more robust and easy to handle, which is nice. My main problem, in the end, is with color separation. The huge, irregularly shaped red areas on the wings are colored by stickers and they don't work out very well -- seams are pretty conspicuous. Because the background color is dark, it's also hard to paint them using Gundam Markers.

The idea of covering the skeleton with skin pieces is interesting. However, the color separation is very week: the eyes, the tongue, all feathered areas, and lower side of the tail, all have to be colored by stickers. These areas are mostly not flat, so the stickers aren't going to work well whatsoever. To make the dinosaur, especially the feathered version look good, painting is desired.
Veetwo Gundam looks awesome. But this kit is NOT Veetwo Gundam. It's Core Gundam + Veetwo Unit, and does NOT include the Veetwo Weapons (weapons on Veetwo Gundam's backpack), which are sold separately as an accessory kit. Only after you get both you get a complete Veetwo Gundam. Selling armor and weapon set separately for these Planet system sets is an awful decision of Bandai and is a disaster for completists, as armor and weapon may not be in stock at the same place. Thus, I take away a star. BTW: IMO the Nepteight armor/weapon set works better with G3 color core Gundam.

I'm pretty happy with the finished model: interesting design that blends EFF and Zeon styles, nice articulation, no Sleeves stripe to worry about, and no PC joints (given its size, having them at key locations could be a nightmare). The dual-modeled hands can be a bit annoying though, as the wrist ball joint isn't strong enough to hold the rifle's weight and fingers pop off pretty easily. Note that this kit has A LOT of useless parts carried over from the "standard" Sinanju, which means you'd be paying quite a bit for useless parts.

I love the this MS design a lot; it's actually among my favorites. But it seems inherently hard to turn this MS into a model kit. While an HG kit can't effectively capture the details, the MG kit suffers from other problems that make it painful to build and pose. A couple things that annoyed me most are the right arm weaponry's weight (too heavy for shoulder and elbow joints to support) and the joint seals (painful to install, or maybe it's just me that is particularly bad at this).
This time Bandai is doing a golden MS right (finally!). It's an MG 2.0 kit with good enough engineering. It's chromed (not lame yellow plastic; I also think the kind of chrome used here looks better than that used in most other chromed kits). There's under-gating. And it's mass-retailed (instead of P-Bandai). The only thing I'd complain is the finger tips can pop off fairly easily. Caution is recommended.

As you might have been aware of, the shoulder armors are colored by stickers, despite the areas to be colored aren't flat and work very poorly with stickers. I don't see any technological reason why there can't be color separation there. A couple of clear plastic parts, or even jewel stickers, should improve this kit a lot. Maybe Bandai knows we completists gonna buy this kit anyway, so they just omitted the detailing there.
Epyon is one of my favorite MS designs, and I'm very glad that it's added to the RG line in 2020s. It's almost perfect, except some nub marks are still conspicuous--given that modern RG kits have a lot of under-gating, I'd expect more nub marks to be hidden. Now we're waiting Bandai to release an RG kit for the TV anime version of Wing Gundam Zero...

This is my first Build Fighter MG, and I like it a lot. It uses the frame of MG RX-78-2 Ver. 2.0 kit (which is pretty nice already), but has got improvements: some frame parts are replaced by new ones cast in PS instead of ABS (I personally prefer PS frame over ABS), and the assembled articulated hands are better at holding weapons than typical 2.0-era MG hands. Another thing I like about this kit is accessories, which can be held or mounted in various different ways, adding a lot of fun. A minor complaint is that the hand tab often detaches when the weapon is removed (so you may want to sand the tabs a bit).

February 3, 2026Are the black and white designs on the wrists and chest color separated or are they stickers like the HG Kshatriya?
February 3, 20262 Answers:
They are unfortunately stickers, the only 'Sleeves' kits (including P-Bandai) to actually include full color separation in the markings are the RG Sinanju, MG Sinanju Stein Narrative Ver.Ka (not the original 2018 non-Ver.Ka), and very likely the newly announced MGSD Kshatriya (no detailed info on it yet)

February 2, 2026Is it just the frame or does it come with the head too?

It's only the frame, the head is just there for reference (and to also make it obvious which kit it's for)

February 2, 2026Would this also work with the Comet Technology Sinanju?

Since it works with the Takumi conversion, it would probably fit the Comet Tech - with some modifications.

Yes, it does. The Revive Mark-II has a removable backpack part you can replace with the G-Defenser. It might look a little funky, but I've done it just to try it.
