Can this be built as the regular Astray Red Frame?

It is the regular red frame with exception to the fact that it does not come with the normal back pack, rifle, or shield.

is this the revise version ?
Answer
All Astray MGs use the same basic frame, starting with the Blue Frame 'Second Revise' which was counterintuitively the first to be released. The Revise part of the name is the actual designation of the MS in-universe, and doesn't indicate that it's an updated kit like HG Revives or MG 2.0s. The internal frame on this kit and the Blue frame is almost completely identical, and theoretically interchangeable if you're interested in kitbashing
