I loved this kit and it was great for my first Master Grade but it does show some issues. Most with its moveable panels not looking the best due to them not lining up well. Most notable for me is on the back of the legs. Another issue that I have is the hands aren't the best, I had a hard time just putting the beam rifle in a hand, after I finally got it in it just feels loose like it could fall at any minute. With the shield in the right hand it is has a better grip. Just can't get the arm to stay up with the shield.

This is, by far, my favorite MG RX-78-2 Gundam. It's price point is great. The build is simple enough to not be intimidating, but interesting enough to not be boring. The way the body is designed makes it easy to customize with both color and style. And the accessories! OH! The accessories!!!

Just be aware, this kit came out around 2004 and it really shows. It's not a "bad kit" but if you're going to purchase a RX-78-2. The origin will be a better choose overall. BUT if you're collecting all the RX-78-2 releases. Then go for it! Just don't be surprised if it can't move or pose much.

Love the kit especially with the spiked ball and chain!!

Not the greatest of kits as it shows it's age. Go buy a 2.0 or a 3.0 instead. The panel gimmick is not great and doesn't line up very well
