the idea that mastergrades can look this good without painting is awesome! however there are soooooo many small parts and i ended up losing a few which i got sooo sad about especially when i held them before painting them. maybe if it wasnt so fragile or if they made a 4.0 with less parts but just as detailed, they'd get a 4th star.

I got this after getting the “Alex” 2.0 thinking, if a 2.0 is this good, I bet a 3.0 kit would be even better. And I was not disappointed. The hands can be a slight pain, but at least the fingers can be put back in pretty easily. And I enjoyed getting to make a core fighter that can be used for the build itself. All in all, pretty cool build with some solid articulation.

In short, fun build with a great amount of panel color variation and great mechanics for joints. But, the hands are awful and its no wonder why we never got more 3.0 MG like this. They are super fragile and love to fall of constantly. And the fragility is my main issue with the kit as a whole. The mid section is super loose and while it never actually falls off, it still feels very flimsy. If you want a granddaddy gundam then just get the origin version instead. While its not as detailed, its much more sturdy.
