Gundam 2.0 is a fantastic kit with a few easily solvable problems to leave you with the most anime accurate RX-78 kit possible. While the shoulder and waist armor can be a bit loose, some plastic glue would easily fix it, leaving you with a fantastic final product. Poses great (limited by core fighter but not too bad), such a looker, and a really fun and straightforward build process. This kit is so slept on! If you want detailed RX-78, go for the origin version (skip the weird 3.0), but if you need that show accurate design captured, please do yourself a favor and pick this one up!

I can cut this kit some slack, since it's from 2008 and all but man it was weird. The internal frame is almost entirely made of ABS, so good luck with that. Both the heels seem to like to come loose anytime I try and pose the legs, and the core fighter was out to get me with those paper-thin panels that they expect to hinge. Lastly, I think they needed like an extra mm of clearance on the hip joint because even when one of the legs snaps in it has a decent chance of falling out. If you want to go ahead with this, make sure to bring some joint tape, or something like that.
