The information in the book is awesome and can really help level up a novice builder, I'm glad I got the book. With that being said the binding is truly horrendous and a pain to use while trying to build a model and flip through the pages at the same time. The binding is very stiff and can come apart if you try to lay the book open completely flat especially near the middle.

The cover popped off when I opened the book. The binding is weak. Although, the paper used is heavyweight so I’m sure the pages will last. Also the tutorial photos are not well lit and slightly blurry. This book has both Thai and English. This book costs $45 and is somewhere between an art book and tutorial book. For that price I would expect a solid translation with no grammar or spelling errors. I regret my purchase and could have bought some tools instead. I bought this and GPF book 1 based on popular YouTube influencers saying it was high quality but it is not. Spend your money elsewhere.

This book is extremely hard to read in English. The technics in this book are useful and intuitive. However, the English translation is one of the worst I have ever seen in translated book.

Yes you can find a lot of tutorials online, but if your a beginner looking to up your level, or even a veteran looking to refresh your skills, you need to check this out. Before I go on, I'm not sponsored or anything. I know good reviews can feel misleading sometimes. I recommend buying the HG RX 78 revive and following along, or try to implement the steps using a kit you already have. The Steps will require you to have tools, but they will explain what you need. (And Newtype has everything you will need...also not sponsored to say that...but they are always welcome to reach out to me lol) The picture I posted here is of the kit I created following this guide. I've been building for a year and for me it was a great refresher. Obviously your results will vary and practice makes perfect. As far as the quality of the Magazine, its top tier. I've been handling it a lot for months and it still looks brand new. The English translations can be a bit rough to read, but it gets the point across with thousands of images.
