Is this safe to topcoat all types of paint being as it's solvent based?? Is this acrylic or enamel? Is there a chance that it may make tamiya panel liners bleed??
Answer
This is lacquer-based and not recommended over acrylic paints or water slide decals. Mr. Hobby Flat Premium Topcoat is their water-based clear matte finishing spray, and I like it a lot for painting over acrylics.
