There's a handy-dandy chart in the product description. ID of 3.5mm thin is 2.7mm while thick is 1.7mm.

Scratchbuilding Essential
These pipes are great for scratchbuilding, whether it's for architecture or pistons for models. I'd recommend buying one kind of plastic pipe, then buying one size down in metal pipe for a nice piston fit.
