very cool but very flawed

This is my third In Era+ kit(first two being Trailblazer and Ruling), Building it was fun but the Metal joints caused nothing but issues either parts not fitting at all or joints being way to loose or way to stiff to the point to the plastic instantly getting stress marks on the arms. The Knees are so loose that its impossible to stand on its own and trying to leave it on the stand as jet mode ends with the legs going straight down instead of staying in place as they should, even displaying it normally it cannot be posed at all cause the knees make it impossible and the arms are near impossible to move, Overall just a disappointment, I was so looking forward to this kit and wanted to love it

My first third party

It’s a cool kit but all the small parts coming off can get you frustrated as I did. Will I ever do another kit like the genesis probably not. But if I do it’s gonna be full metal body.

Awesome, with Issues

First off: This kit looks amazing. It has a silhouette unlike anything else simply on account of those wings and thrusters and that monster of a gun, and the color scheme is outstanding as well. However, the fact this is a third party kit does shine rather bright as the plastic quality is slighter worse than Bandai's, and Infinite Dimension's molding tech is quite a bit behind Bandai as well, with some parts being two or more parts when Bandai nowadays could make it as one. Furthermore, the metal parts provided with this specific version I ultimately do not recommend using, as they are either too loose and fail at supporting a limb, or too tight to the point of potentially shattering connection points. Some ways a part is built up can also be a tad questionable as well, such as having to hold a piece in place until another piece can secure it, which is an issue Bandai has mostly moved beyond, as far as I know. Furthermore, the base's locking mechanism is not actually explicitly said, so you may end up being a bit of an idiot like me and destroying the locking mechanism, forcing me to cannibalize the part from the Ruling's base. Basically, there is a gear where the Genesis connects. You have to push in the gear to unlock the connection point. Do not force that thing, because you'll destroy the gear inside. Don't be an idiot like me. However, despite the issues, the end result is more than worth the troubles you'll have. As long as this isn't one of your first kits, it will still be a fantastic experience and reward.
