Does this compressor have the auto on/off function? Does the compressor kick on when u press the trigger and kick off when u release the trigger?

It does. The compressor turns on at the press of the trigger and also turns off after a bit when not in use.

Do you feel the vibration? Does it numb your hand after a little while? Or is it preferred to connect a hose vs. straight connection?

While there is feedback from the compressor during use, the vibration frequency is minimal at best.

The response above is correct, the hose fits into the 1/8 brass joint, but it will not create an air tight seal so you still need some kind of adaptor.

In theory it can. Because the structure of its main engine does not require a "thimble".
However, it obviously requires additional brass fitting (find and buy yourself). Because it has a different interface from the gundam marker airbrush systam. "NEWTYPE" obviously needs to be noted, what accessories it must be used with in order to be effective. (with gundam marker airbrush systam) It will be a win-win.

You will need an adapter that is the same size as your airbrush connection and converts to a 1/8" male screw so that it can mount/screw into the 1/8" female screw connection on this product.

Will the hose fit my iwata Eclipse HP-CS? The recommend psi is 25 - 35 psi on my airbrush. What is the psi on this compressor? I purchased the other Funnel cordless airbrush from NewType previously. Is that compressor the same as this one? If so, is there an adapter that I can use to make it work on my iwata? Thank you.
