can the shoulders connect to the revived zaku ii?

No, although the shoulders/arms and most individual body sections can connect to the original Zaku II and its variants (Standard, Char's, and Garma's; aka HGUC #032, 034, and 040), as well as vice versa

Love this zaku
I’m still a little new to building gundam/zaku model kits and this one was easy to put together and has decent joints for its age. Only problem I had was the hands. The left hand can’t hold the shield very well and the right hand holds the gun very loosely.

Fine for its age
Purchased two for use in making Gerhart Schmitzer's Zaku Commander Custom along with a cannibalized Zaku 1 Sniper, Dom Tropen, and Gouf. For its age it holds up well when price is taken into consideration alongside the amount of accessories given, although when compared to the Origin Zaku 1 its clear that its a far outdated kit. Still a good choice for a fan or first build due to its ease of construction and the amount of accessories it comes with though the Origin Zaku is a clear upgrade to consider.
