I bought this as a practice, and it turned out surprisingly well for no more effort than water slide decals. Just pour some CA onto a bottle cap and use a toothpick to apply the CA, then use a cheap knife to cut out the backing film containing the piece (having peeled off the entire front film), peel the backing film off along with the piece, and position it with a tweezer.
