EASY TO SAND. Perfect for filling plastic models.
I've experimented with a lot of trial and error and research different filling and sanding techniques and products.
I've concluded that CA Glue is the best filler because it cures as a plastic rather than through drying/solvent evaporation which eliminates shrinking and creates an excellent bond. It's also the best for rescribing panel lines and rivets due to it's plastic properties.
The biggest problem with using CA Glue as a filler though is that it is harder than the surrounding styrene and doesn't sand well. I've used rubberized CA glue and they are much easier to sand but none of them are specifically designed for filling and sanding plastic models. This glue is the easiest one to sand that I've tried yet.
This is the first CA glue I've found that's specifically designed for filling and sanding plastic models. It's crazy that there aren't a ton of these types of products out there considering so many modelers prefer CA Glue as a filler.
After testing the product today I can confirm that this is the easiest sanding CA Glue I have used yet and works really well as a filler. At this point it will be my go to filler.
I did notice a couple things that could be better though.
1) The viscosity is a lot thinner than I thought it would be, it still serves the filling role well but I should have probably got the higher viscosity variant rather than the standard black one. Although its still good.
2) It takes longer to cure than I thought it would when applied at all thick. Applied thin cures fairly quick but thick takes a while. During the long curing process of a thick application the black pigment actually separates a little from the glue and some of the glue will cure clear underneath. Kinda unexpected. Maybe this is just a characteristic of black CA in general, I've only used clears up to this point.l sonI don't know. Thin applications are no problem though, its mostly when filling bigger holes.
So I used an accelerator applied with a dropper/pipette just one drop to cure it quickly and that worked good.
The good news is that even when cured with an accelerator this glue still sands very easily which makes it a total winner for filling.
I plan on applying it as is for thinner coats and using an accelerator for thicker filling. Most CA glue you could never use an accelerator and sand it because it would be way harder than the styrene. Not the case with this product.
In conclusion this is now my favorite go-to CA glue for filling and sanding and I think way more hobby brands should be making CA like this one dedicated to filling and easy sanding, I think it's crazy that there aren't more products out there just like this.

Great thick superglue
Great thick superglue which also works as a putty. It sands really well even on the next day and I used it on multiple models already.
