 Pretty freakin sweet
The MG Barbatos was already a pretty amazing kit, with a spectacularly detailed inner frame, and outstanding outer armor. This shows that not only does Bandai want to do more with the IBO Gundam Frame, but that the potential of what they can make is shown with what is one of the more unique Gundams from the series. What I loved about the MG Barbatos was that you could display it with all of it's weapons, and it had insane articulation. This kit has all that in spades, The pistols being safely and securely stowed behind the front skirts, the Rifle being able to be stowed in 3 positions on either of the side skirts, and the saber can stow in the 6 locations on both of the side skirts, make it very accessible and the inner frame makes it easy to pose. I worried that the Hunter's edge would make it hard to stand up on it's own, but surprisingly it can stand up with little to no issue. Display it with an action base to pull off more of those awesome poses we see in the show, and you got what might be the best MG release in recent years.

 SPECIAL PLACE ON MY DESK
This is the best kit I have built in a long time, sure the RG 2.0 was amazing but there is something so special about building the IBO Gundam Frame in MG form. A lot of joints from the original Barbatos frame were redone, the neck joint was changed for the better, as well as the shoulder joints to connect the arms to the torso. Everything is placed so accordingly that nothing really gets in the way of each other, not even the vernier side skirts. The weapons are all awesome, the rifle has some pretty cool detail, the hand guns look menacing in its hands, and the burst saber looks awesome when you put it in an unsheathing pose. Everything about this is worth it, I’d recommend it forever

 Banger
What a great MG. Joints are nice and sturdy, no loose bits besides the back leg thrusters which can probably be secured by a little glue. Included stickers are great, good bits for some panel lining. Even the waist peg joint to attach to the action base is great.
