Could these work on the pg 00 Raiser too?
Answer
No, this is specifically made for the PG Exia. PG 00 Raiser comes with preassembled GN Drives and uses a standard green LED unit in the head.

Is there gonna be a restock anytime soon??

Seeing as how the Exia is one of the most popular Gundams in both Japan and overseas (as well as 00 in general), there's a lot of demand for the PG Exia and by extension the LED, so it's really just a waiting game before the inevitable restock as there's no way Bandai would pass up the opportunity to meet the aforementioned demand (My bet is on it being in the next few months, since it's already been a bit since the last restock)
