    Question
Are there any differences between this and the standard Dom kit?
    Answer
The Rick Dom has a slightly different thruster arrangement, most notable on the bottom of the feet. Plus the weapons.

I think its just what the kits come with (different weapons). If I’m not wrong, Rick Dom and Dom are identical suits, its just RD is the flight unit and Dom is a ground type. So overall Rick Dom will have the additional detail that lives up to the sense that it's made for flight.

Pretty good for what it is

Building this felt like the ideal 1.5 experience, a mix of sleek new molds paired against older but still great parts. As this was my first Dom-type MG, I can't really say how different it was from the original, but for the most part it has the trappings of a fully modern MG. Just based on the leftover parts, the entire torso and arms were overhauled, as well as the waist, thighs, and ankles receiving modern updates. The color is a really nice muted purple that fits well into the overall late OYW aesthetic. One thing to note is that the Beam Bazooka re-uses 99% of the parts from the original, so no articulated handle (but there is a second hand mount position to mimic the classic Dom-grip position). The bazooka is also taken from the 2.0 Ridden's Zaku HM, but still feels crisp and new (tomino bless those Zeon 2.0s). The only real problem is that the connector for the red trim under the 'pants' is fragile during construction but is mostly secure when finished. IDK if I'd buy three of these for the full Black Tri-Star experience, but definitely get at least one if you're a Zeon fan! Despite the age of some parts, I'd say that it's worth 60, but don't go chasing it like it's something particularly special like the MG 2.0 Zaku or Sazabi Ver Ka (PS: The mono-eye is molded in semi-clear pink, a tiny detail but one that I immensely appreciate)

    I do not recommend

Although there are some new piece there, but more than 50% of the pieces are old design, which is around 1999. In current perspective, this is not even a MG, this is just a big HG. no internal structure. The joints are super tight, extremely tight. I have to say that I use sand paper to sand the joint connection, or enlarge the hole. and I still break one leg joint. I really do not suggest this product. The pieces are not a lot, but it is a very exhausting building experience.
