Great little kit; dragon assembly repetitive

This is a great little kit. I saw it at a local store though would purchase it here if I had seen it here first. The detail of the pieces is great and it looks nice even without painting. It does come with a massive sheet of stickers though, which are mostly for the dragon's head and sides of its segments. The full dragon's head uses color separation for most of the colors between the silver and red however the Dragclaw weapon uses a stickers on the teeth and fins which look alright, though color separation through plastic would have looked better. The kit uses a bit of undergating on the silver pieces since they are pre-painted and there are a few places where you can see where the nubs were but they aren't super noticeable and most are covered once attached, though some touch-up might be nice to do. One thing that does slightly disappoint me in this kit however is the red utilized for the Dragreder dragon that is prominently featured; It is that weird pearlescent plastic that kind of tries to simulate a candy red coloring however the coloring isn't evenly distributed through the plastic so you see swirl marks from the plastic when it was in liquid form due to pigment and flake distribution so it would look far better if before you assembled the dragon and put the stickers on it you at least candy red coated the dragon's parts. The red on the Rider doesn't suffer from this however since that is a matte red. The silver paint they have on the silver parts is nice though and the amount of gold on the gold parts you do see at a time is so thin that you don't see the swirling pattern problems from the plastic, it's just obvious in the red dragon parts because they are such large surfaces.
