I would recommend only using this on the standard Bandai MG Dynames and not on conversion kits.

Will Tamiya extra thin cement fork to hold these in place? Are there instructions?
Answer
no, the cement works by melting plastic to bond, this will require super glue to stick.

Is this compatible with the NG 1/100 dynames?
Answer
Most likely not. The proportions and designs will be slightly different. You'd most likely end up with more unusable parts than useful parts.
