One of the best governor kits
First, if you don't know these guys are small but they are super fun and pack so much into something tiny. What's great about these is the level of customization you can put into it.

Wow he is small. I mean, 3 inches in some aspects is great, but WOW this guy is small.
Aside from his tininess, he is a pretty neat build. Not sure if he is worth $25, comparatively you could get any of the Witch From Mercury sets and have a larger, more fun build, but he is nonetheless pretty cool.
