No. Only HGUC 076 can be built as the cannon variant.

Holds up!
This is still a really great kit despite it's age. Very anime accurate, solid articulation, and good colors. Only problems I have outside of stuff that's to be expected for HGs are that the rifle is loose in the hand (although that could be worse as it arguably makes posing easier due to the weird stock the rifle has) and that there's no pink plastic or sticker for the cockpit hatch, fortunately it's a separate piece so painting it is simple! Overall a kit that fits right in amongst modern kits like the Revive Char's Zaku II.

Great for its age
The HGUC Gelgoog has some pretty solid articulation from the chest down. Due to some design aspects, articulation can get limited but not so much to the point its unbearable. Really great kit, and mobile suit!
