This kit's armor parts features new designs, recreating the Gundam Ground Type's iconic asymmetrical chest Unit. Upgrading in the knee articulation and pull out gimmick in the shoulder makes it possible to recreate the firing pose seen in the opening credits with amazing accuracy! This upgrade in articulation allows the Gundam to kneel and assume other iconic poses.
In addition to this, an abundance of armaments are included featuring a newly designed 180 mm (approx 7") Cannon and other various weapons including the beam rifle not found in the original HGUC release.

fantastic kit

4.25/5.0 - My favorite suit, but not my favorite kit of it
Solid kit that holds together well. Wrists are a little weak. I feel like the chest unit could be bulkier for lack of a better description. Kind of begs for additional panel details. I find that the hg's from 008th MS tend to look more like their animated counterparts rather than the line art for the suit. It has that "a little bit of detail subtracted" look that cartoons have for economy sake.
So if you like your suits to look like they jumped out of the anime, this one you will find to be quite satisfying.
Altogether, the suits from 008th are pretty good, but the one that really shines is the gm. If you like this series and suits then 5/5 recommend.
