RG Freedom should fit. However, it may require slight modification.

Is this compatible with the HGCE 192 Freedom Gundam (Revive)?

It is. As a side note the beam rifle and shield from the revive kit don't fit in the included slots on the base.

Are the hgce strike freedom revive and the amazing strike freedom compatible with the meteor unit?

Kind of. Since they just are just sitting in there (with no actual connection) they should be able to work somehow.
