Loved the process of the build itself, the way everything came together was incredibly satisfying and the end result is stunning. Would absolutely recommend this kit to anyone looking to buy a PG set. That said, my version, at least, had two small issues that lost some points in my estimation. First, the torso is held on to the hips by plates connected with four tiny pins that did not hold up to any kind of flexing of the waist articulation. I was able to mostly solve the issue with some plastic glue, but still not great. More concerning, the right shoulder joint was so stiff as to be basically non-functional. Trying to get it to move snapped a couple pieces around the bicep, which is almost hollow to allow space for the optional LED's (which I don't have). It can be moved by leveraging the pauldron bit, and the damage wasn't anything a bit of gorilla glue couldn't handle, but I'd recommend sanding those bits down a little if they seem stiff in other kits.

This kit is seriously the best Exia you could possible get (considering the MG and RG are kinda trash) The price point is definitely something that can turn someone away but if you can get it on sale its worth it, especially if you’re a big fan of the Exia. My only complaints is that parts of the armor can fall off easily and the flexibility could be better but overall such a great kit. And if you’re able to pick up the LED frame you should, I unfortunately wasn’t so hopefully one day! Anyways buy this kit!

Overall, the kit is pretty stable despite s few things wobbling when it’s shaken. The stickers are pretty cool. Most of them have the design on the sticky side. The decals aren’t overwhelming but are easy to work with. There are a lot of undergates, though, and some of them are harder to reach. The articulated hands aren’t prebuilt on any runners, so building them may require some magnifying lenses and tweezers. It’s definitely something that I would recommend for anyone who has the experience with model kits.

yoooo this kit is amazing! i built this with the lighting kit but i can tell that even without it, its one of the best that Bandai has ever done to this day. nothing about this kit feels cheap or feels like it was a second thought. my only small little complaint is that the interframe isnt that detailed compared to the PG Strike but the lighting module makes up for it and the armor color separation without painting is just *Chef kiss* but thats just a nitpick at best. also it becomes a little stiff when you add the wires but thats expected. maybe in the future bandai can make a kit with copper contact points to max out the articulation without compromise. i recommend this to anyone who has the dough to cough up to build and customize. even just adding a flat top coat as a customization will make this look one clean build. that being said, it looks amazing if you just snap build it.
