The longer handled tool shown on the top is missing from the contents listing. Any idea what it is?

I believe it is a metal panel liner. Kind of like a quill.

Bad Dawning hobby knife

The reason I’m giving this three stars because the blade holder is cracked and can’t even use it only ever built 5 MG kits then for some reason it just started to crack and it can’t even hold the blade in.
