Model Kit
In stock

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Gundam SEED is this transformable Gundam from the new SEED MSV project!  A customized M1 Astray utilizing technology “borrowed” from the Freedom that Kira had been using, this Ecripse Gundam was officially mass produced as the Murasame in “Gundam SEED Destiny” and combines the tech of the Earth, Orb, and ZAFT forces allowing its body to be able use the Striker, Silhouette, and Wizard packs. Following the lore, this model kit utilizes portions from the MG Freedom 2.0 including its tri-color motif. Includes rifle that can be changed to a sword form as well as beam shield with effect parts.

My first MG and got to say it was stellar

This kit is amazing, and for my first MG out of the box it's just plain amazing. And even transforms into a ship. Even built it in Time-Lapse.

This is only the 2nd MG kit I've built, and it was so amazing from start to finish. Joints are stiff, and solid enough to hold it's bulk in whatever pose you put it in. Shoulder is a strange technical design, but you would be remiss to think this one might have weakness due to its ability to transform. It. Is. Solid. Building up the torso & head is a super unique experience as well since I've never seen anything like it. Only negative I can think of is the tiny feet, but that's it. There's mention of the hip joints being fragile like in the freedom 2.0. Didn't have any problems myself, but I had also known in advance, so I took extra precaution. Get it if you can. You won't be disappointed.

Really Cool New Model

I love that there are still new installments being made in the Seed universe. This was a really cool new model of Gundam. Gotta admit the only defect is the feet just don't seem stable enough to carry the full weight of the rest of the suit. Like the thing is walking on high heels for Pete's sake. But luckily it comes with its own display stand so that problem is easily overcome. And besides, who doesn't like a little diversity in their gundam designs. But besides that one little engineering flaw, the whole Gundam just looks wicked cool. And you can totally make out traces of the Strike DNA embedded in the suit. Oh and the swords and beam shields, super awesome!!!
