The details this kit lends to the Gundam Dynames give it a more realistic look. It's a lot sharper, and lends it a bit more size to the original. Makes it look more dangerous.. A few aspects leave room for some customizing, but are still nice if left alone. It is a challenging kit,(also my first) and a lot to paint, but the parts are super clean with almost no prep, the decals and metal etchings make it exquisite. The packaging is so nice I fealt bad opening it. Newtype has sent everything I've needed along the way before the paint is dry, and I'd like to say thanks for that. Is a great kit. No fitting issues and the detail is awesome. Great way to give your Dynames a mean look!!!!

This is the highest quality resin I’ve ever seen. The parts had zero imperfections. In order to achieve good results, use black primer, then clip off the nubs and apply surfacer again.

This was my first resin kit, and I've heard horror stories about how difficult, tedious, and poor quality some can be. This kit was none of the above. Basically, if you're comfortable masking, hand painting, and enjoy detail work this kit is stellar. The parts fit with minimal modification to the core frame and the resin parts fit together very well (even has markings on them to denote which side or which half they're for). The only point to make is the booster LEDs aren't very practical to install since there no real way to turn them off without disassembling the booster exhaust, but it is a very nice touch if you're someone who would find it worth the time and effort.
