This gleaming gold, 1/100-scale kit of the Akatsuki Gundam is nuts. It comes with two optional packs, the Oowashi and Shiranui packs, that can be attached to its back. Armaments include a beam rifle, shield, and two beam sabers that can be connected to form its signature double-bladed beam saber. A display base is included along with custom decals for detailing up your completed kit. Like all Bandai Japan models, the instructions for assembly are in Japanese, but they feature very clear, easy-to-follow pictures. No paint or glue is needed to complete the kit. The model is brand new, and its parts are completely sealed.

None of them. This is a plated gold color. The markers are metallic gold (with the sparkle flakes). You'll be better off stripping the plating and repainting everything in your choice of gold. Otherwise, prepare to have nub marks show through.

A nearly perfect kit
The kit is extremely shiny and looks amazing, the only downside to it is the articulation. If you are a fan of Gundam Seed and love the Akatsuki this is a must have if your wallet can allow it. (Try to wear gloves when touching it fingerprints are very visable on it, I learned that the hard way)

Caution: Wear Sunglasses
My only real gripe with this kit is the subpar articulation, especially in the legs area. Other than that, it is absolutely beautiful and very detailed. I would suggest building this with gloves on so you don't fill your gundam with fingerprints.
