I hate to stain this product’s 5-star rating streak, but I’ll explain later. I got this as a Christmas present this year and I loved it. The build is really fun, and the end result looks stunning. Every mode of this is downright beautiful and I just wish I knew sooner that the waist joint is super weak. I finally decided to pose it today, and just about 15 minutes after leaving it in what is called the “aile strike gundam pose” the entire lower half fell off my shelf and broke. A lot. If you want a really fun build that is both massive and good-looking, go for it. If you want to leave it in a super elaborate pose, don’t. I learned this the hard way. Be warned.

I had an amazing time building this kit, the large pieces were excellent and easy to assemble, I plan to get the LED kit whenever I have the chance to truly complete this model!

This was my first experience with any perfect grade kit and honestly i was blown away. The build was way easier than what i was expecting. Nearly all of the parts are pretty massive in size and manageable to work with so it made for a detailed yet simple build. It scared me at first with the pcm caps out the box but when paired with the pom joint caps my fears went away and it is crazy tight in some spots. As for the sold separately LED kit, while it was extremely tedious to install, the finished product makes up for it tenfold. Just be careful not to rip the wires accidentally while posing. Only minor complaint i may have are the wrists being a little too loose when holding up those massive weapons but that is only a minor flaw on an otherwise flawless kit.
