Best Out of the Sinnoh Starters
This is probably the best (but not greatest) starter models for the Sinnoh starters. There are some annoying stickers (like Prinplups fins and all of the tiny white dots and eyes), but they stay on and the figures look good.
However, the Pikachu in this is never worth it. His stickers don't stay on, his mouth is a sticker, he has no nose, his tail stickers are a nightmare to apply, and overall just isn't pleasant to make. This one I'd say is the worst looking out of all of them. If you want to try your hand at painting, I'd recommend trying it out on these Pikachus for practice.

Tools Needed: Definitely need tweezers for the stickers
