All of the info regarding these kits I've seen makes them look like new molds on par with modern high grades, when in reality they're exact reprints of the original 1/144 Dragonar kits from 1987 (I don't blame Newtype or any other retailer for this mixup, it's probably a mistake on Bandai's end). They are all molded in 1 color each (D2 is dark blue, D3 is white, Deins is red, Dreu is blue) and are not snap-fit. However, they make good canvases for painting or if you want to get into more traditional models. A fun bit is that the rocket launchers included in the option parts set use spring mechanisms and actually shoot projectiles, although the launchers are kind of fragile. PC parts are also included, and each kit does have articulated arms, legs, and heads. All in all, it's a good set for value or nostalgia, but you should know what you're getting into before purchasing this set. Edit: Ok, these have grown on me and I'm seriously thinking about getting the second set. Despite being glue models from '87 they use modern PS plastic you'd see in Gunpla and they're still of better quality than most non-bandai models lol.
