This is a phenomenal HG kit! It has great color separation and is pretty easy to build as well as fantastic articulation

In the name of the Zaku, and of the Gelgoog, and of the Dom, this is quite possibly one of my favorite kits ever. And that's saying a lot. Not a ton of parts, not too complicated, easy to assemble; it's very straightforward and something a beginner would have no problem with (which is genius on Bandai's part, gotta rope in the new fans). However, that simplicity is still impressive to a pro builder, as aside from the permet markings and the various scopes and light-up bits on the rifle there are no required stickers, as things like the entire head are molded perfectly in color. The accessories are incredibly solid, quite literally (you won't need to worry about floppage or loose connections). A big surprise is how stable the fully extended rifle with all the bits is, as once you position it it'll stay in place, though the hips and ankles might move a tiny bit. You can also put it at just about any angle you want to and it'll stay in place, as long as you position the rest of the body right. One last nice thing is that the dark blue is molded in a slightly softer type of PS plastic that's easier to cut and remove marks from (I got rid of half the gate marks with just my fingernail) so it really does look great right out of the box. My one gripe is that although it does come with the pre-colored chest permit bits like the Lfrith and vanilla Aerial, you still need to apply a sticker underneath to get the part of the lines that come down the chest at an angle, but it's pretty easy to set up since you only need to align it for that one area. Overall, I'm surprised by how much the madlads at Bandai are able to innovate even in the six months between releasing the cour 1 and 2 models. Absolutely worth the hype, get it ASAP
