Based on its appearance in the mobile game Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt, the ASW-G-35 Gundam Marchosias joins the High Grade 1/144 model kit series!
Thought to be lost during the Calamity War in Mobile Suit Gunda Iron-Blooded Orphans, this machine was unaccounted for among the 26 remaining MS, and features a distinct shape—due to its back and waist-binder set up with sub-arms designed to fight non-humanoid Mobile Armors.
When completed, this Gundam stands about 5 inches tall and comes with its main weapon, the Bastard Mace, along with 4 short swords, a shield, and knuckle guard glaws that can be mounted on either arm.

An Unexpected Favorite
Got this guy because I'm a sucker for IBO sets and the silhouette on this dude looks awesome. Took a while to put together, but this guy is AWESOME. He's a surprisingly big and bulky suit but has an incredible gimmick with the swords hiding in his wing and hip binders. I'm a huge sucker for kits that can hold all their weaponry on them (either carried or stowed) and this guy's is arguably one of the best kits with that feature.
Do note that like most IBO sets, you're rolling the dice with the joint stiffness/looseness, so just be aware and prepare for that. For me, it's the hands on this kit. They barely hold into their sockets. This kit also requires a fair amount of color correction on small pieces, vents, and panels to get it looking like the box art. But all in all, this set has suddenly rocketed to the top of my favorites list. A great buy!

Fun build just a little weak at joints
It looks great! Especially with all the arms extended out. The only complaint i have is the joints are pretty weak. The ankles, waist, and legs are not very sturdy and do not want to stay posed.

Excellent surprise
The photos and box art of this HG led me to believe that this Gundam was
a gray color. I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it and discovered it's actually an awesome lavender/light violet color!
Overall a good build, with more presence than your average HG with all of its extra arms extended. Shares the same waist joint weakness of other IBO gunplas, so be prepared to add a coat of paint to stabilize that.
Also, this model shares a lot in common with the IBO Barbatos Lupus Rex HG (the legs and torso are nearly identical). So don't make my mistake and build them one immediately after the other.
