It works like an oil wash, except you don't need to wait hours/days for it to dry. Use over bare plastic or gloss coat if you want to use it as a panel wash. It smudges uncoated paint well (which is great for color filtering) so be careful with it. It cleans with Mr. Weathering Solvent, which has no odor and at least I didn't get any skin reactions (your milage might wary here). IMPORTANT: unlike Tamiya Panel Liner, this bottle doesn't have brush. I have a lot of cheap synthetic brushes so not a problem for me.
