So the weirdest thing about this kit is the plastic its made from. It just feels off, like way too stiff to be your everyday PS or ABS. This may also be due to the fact that this is a painted kit with nearly all of the green parts on the body being painted on and not part-built. They also put some sort of clearcoat on all the runners with painted parts which could also be the cause of the plastic feeling weird. This causes an issue because it makes it impossible to burnish off your nub marks because you cutting the parts off the runners cut the clearcoat too and leaves white marks you cant fix from the clearcoat. The clearcoat also makes parts fit together super tight and i felt like id break the posts on a few during assembly. Most of the painted parts have their gates on the painted parts of the pieces leaving dark marks of interrupted paint. The kit does seem to take this into account and hides most of those places well but a few may need touchups. Overall its a really good looking kit and the build was simple because of its painted nature but would probably be a better buy at like 50 USD then its 65 at time of my purchase.
