Will this hold Citadel paints without any problems?
Answer
As long as the bottles are the same size or smaller than a tamiya 10ml bottle (40mm or 1.6 inches) they'll fit with no issue.

Question
I’m wondering where people used their rubber washers when they assembled this. They aren’t shown in the instructions.
Answer
I put them on the bolts before I ran them through to the nut so the bolts don't vibrate.

Average at best when fully stacked
When you stack it 6 racks high it seems stable enough, but I've had it wobble worryingly a few times on me. The connections between each acrylic piece and the metal rack are tension-fit screws with O-Rings that will rely on you getting a good squeeze on the acrylic pieces. For the price, I was hoping for more stability, and a wall-mount option would be nice.
Does not hold Mr. Hobby large jars (the 40ml ones) as they are too stout to go all the way in, but the 40ml Tamiya jars go in it fine.

Nice but expensive
Does what it’s meant to do. It would be nice if it had a way to hang it on the wall. Plus it’s a bit pricey for what it is. But nice overall.

Does what it says on the side of the box
Holds paint good. There is about an 1/8 inch (~3mm) gap between the bottle and back of the holder. I don't recommend stacking above 4 layers unless you can secure it to the wall. Also it can hold tamiya panel line bottles but it has to be modified with pliers a little.
