Nice, but room to improve in the future
To start, this kit looks great when completed. It measures around 9.5" tall (~24cm) so it's a little taller than a Gundam MG, however it doesn't really have much more detail or gimmicks like you might expect from an MG kit. It is, essentially, a larger Figure-Rise kit that comes pre-painted. How this kit is painted, however, is where I found some issues. This is an expensive kit for what it is, and for the price I expected a little more consistency in the finish. The parts are mostly painted on the runners and because of that there are some major inconsistencies on some parts, especially where two half-parts meet (see image). Some parts, like the shoulders on my kit, have lighter and darker areas on a single part but these aren't as noticeable. Lastly, I tend to look back at a completed kit and see it as a time-per-dollar thing, so if I pay a lot but get a lot of build time and enjoyment from it, that's great. This kit, however, took me three evenings to assemble (each evening around 4 hours long) so I don't really feel like I got a good value from it there. If you're a big fan of Kamen Rider (I am, so it hurts to say bad things about it) then this would be a great addition to any collection, but aside from that I don't think it's really worth the price tag.
