for mixing paint this works. There's definitely better containers for paint mixing out there. With the metallic surface it's easy to clean out and spot any runaway patches of paint. No problem tipping it to the side to let any paint puddle up so you can mix it nicely. There's better alternatives though. EDIT second day of using it i found it was oxidizing red around the lip of a few cups. My only assumption was mixing with a toothpick cased this? however it was only happening around the top instead of the base of the bowl where it was scraped repeatedly with a toothpick to mix paints. All ive been using is Tamiyas and tamiya X-20a.

I often need something to mix paint in temporarily that isn't suited to a wet palette, and this is cheap, and easy to clean

Great for mixing my paints wish it had a lil spout kinda for easier pouring but very easy to clean
