Parts are mostly there. It's missing the Susanoo's head crest and you'll need to recolor some of the red parts to white.

Followup to the above question
is that just, it has the extra white parts for the sideskirts as shown in the promo images, or FULL replacements for the parts that are supposed to be white that aren't, along with the physical blades/holsters for them

It has the extra parts for the white sideskirts and back GN condenser like in the pictures as well as the unpictured gauntlet and physical swords from the Susanowo, but not the white parts for a full conversion. All of the parts that are molded in red only come in red and would have to be painted, the kit also lack's the Susanowo's slightly different head crest.
