Beautiful, Simple, Striking
The Lfrith is a simply stunning HG kit. I was sold on Witch from the first moment I saw it, and after finally getting my hands on it I know that wasn't a mistake. This is the best of the WfM kits I've built and would make a great addition to the collection of any beginner or veteran. The articulation on the Lfrith is a bit better than that of the Aerial, which was already stellar, and that striking hot pink on white creates an eye-catching color scheme that's divorced from what you usually see in a Gundam and helps it to stand apart. That white also does a really good job of hiding any nub or stress marks from the clipping process, so this is a great kit for people just starting out.
As far as the line goes, if you're only going to buy a single kit from WfM, this is the one.

3.70/5.00
I've done quite a lot from the witch from mercury line. This one feels very....spare. which makes sense for the anime because you only really see this model in the prologue and then you never see it again.
It is, for obvious reasons, very similar to the aerial and aerial rebuild.
Ok, so why the low score. The shield is sort of flat and is missing a lot of textural "pop", it just looks like flat plastic. The magenta-pink is a little over the top and reminds me of the masterpiece arcee from transformers.
This falls in the middle of the pack for all of the hg wfm kits. I'd recommend it if you have already built a couple from this line and you want to have the whole aerial production history. For me I'd recommend once you're through all the bangers: schwartzette, gundvolva, garibalde, aerial, aerial rebuild, micahelis, beguir pente.
This line is flush with riches, so it gets a lower rating. Still recommend but only in a particular case.

Customizable and Looks Good
The Lfrith isn't the most detailed color-wise, but that doesn't make it bad. The simplicity of the design is fun and makes sense considering it's supposed to be an experimental Gundam not ready for mass-production. Plus, it leaves tons of room for decals and designs. There was decent panel lining opportunity in the vanilla kit, although there is room for more. Mechanically, it's sturdy and, similar to it's later version, the Aerial, can pose well even without a stand. Articulation is completely fine and there shouldn't be issues with posing. Assembly was clean and simple, something that took me much less time than I had thought. If you want to try out some scribes and new panel lining, as well as custom builds, I highly recommended this kit out of the whole WFM series.
