From the OVA "Macross Plus," the fighter form of "YF-19" has been made into a kit with a completely new mold!

Hasegawa's first 1/48 scale non-transformable "Valkyrie Fighter Mode" model kit. The large-scale "YF-19" comes sharply molded with fine panel detail and two removable covers to reveal intricate engine detail. Other features include an openable clear canopy, movable vector nozzles as well as the cannon attached to the back of the Valkyrie's robot head, and movable wings for supersonic flight!

The included same-scale sitting-pose Isamu in pilot gear can be placed inside the detailed cockpit. A sheet of waterslide decals is provided, too!

Based on the 1/72 scale version, commercialized in a form with higher resolution!
The number of parts is relatively small, so that you can assemble it quickly.
The main wing is a selection formula of the normal state and high-speed form.
The head beam cannon and vector nozzle are movable.
The cockpit has the option of a single seat and a double seat.
One seated pilot is included. The canopy can be opened or closed.
