No. PG is always 1/60 while MG is 1/100. This PG does not have the LED from the MGEX nor the articulation, nor does it have the same pieces of gold on gold on gold inner frame. (PG has gold stickers...yes I know...stickers) Size factors with the anime so even certain/specific HG look much bigger than PG and MG.
