Your Bag

If you're a fan of 1/144 scale kits, and overall "Zeta weirdness," you owe it to yourself to by this model. Don't let the age of this kit scare you off. It's a relatively quick build with some very interesting engineering inside. It's a full-transformer that comes with a base (which stores the extra hand and MA-Mode mounting bracket). The green and yellow (and purple) color scheme stand out in any collection.

This was the only Real Grade kit released in 2020, so it lands on a lot of "best of..." lists by default. Don't let that turn you away. This is a really solid kit, way sturdier than a lot of the other, earlier, releases from SEED and SEED Destiny. The kit has great color separation and super solid articulation. My only complaint is that the v-fins are super flimsy and prone to snapping.

Newtype doesn't take preorders, and this isn't being sold with a marked up price. It just sold out.

No, these Bandai HG Macross kits are all snap fit.

The website says that it's in stock, at least as of 9/27/2022.

Yes, Delpi Decals are water slides. These are holographic.
