I believe the correct way to apply Setter and Softer is first to spread Mark Setter on the desired surface, lay the decal on said surface, apply pressure with a cotton swab, and then apply Mark Softer on top of the decal.

I believe only the one's marked with (Holo) or (Polygonal) are shiny. So this one in particular is not.

Action base 1 is strong enough to hold the Sazabi Ver Ka and will take the included action base connector. You may have to try the base in different configurations to keep the center of mass from tipping it over, but it does work.
