I picked up this kit with the intention of using it as a paint tester for some larger Seed kits. After layout out all the sprues and looking at how it would all go together, I immediately realized that the amount of effort needed to make this kit match the pictures would be far more trouble than it's worth. There are some stickers to recolor areas like the shoulders, the tops of the feet, and the lighter blue on the wings, but that's it. I've attached an image to this review to compare the product against the display images, but please note I applied some rough panel lining to break up all the white areas. The final fit was a little disappointing as well, with the legs being difficult to keep in place while moving the finished kit around. This does seem to be a problem with some SDEX kits, as the legs don't seem to "snap" into the center section. That's the only real fit issue, however, as all the rest went together very well. If you're looking for a painting challenge, and one that could potentially be extremely rewarding, this might be what you're looking for. To get the kit to look like the images on the box would require a lot of masking, patience, and extreme attention to detail.
