This is a vintage kit (actually THE original Gunpla first released in 1980) and while it's one of the most common to see reprints of, it can also be multiple years longer than a normal kit, so while it's 100% going to be coming back at some point it's still going to be a good while. If you want something with the same vintage design, check out the Best Mecha Collection Gundam, which copies the physical appearance and size of this kit almost one-to-one (like, REALLY closely) with the added benefits of full color separation with no stickers, slightly better and more stable articulation, and Entry-Grade style parts and assembly

Teaches Patience and Appreciation
A lot has been said about this kit over the ages, so I'll throw in my 2 cents as well. First, it's the original 80s kit, so be sure to have your plastic cement and paint handy. If you're dead-set on making it look nice, it's reccomended to paint most of the kit while it's still on the runner. Keep in mind the arms are notoriously difficult to get right, so don't be surprised if you end up cementing them in place. Sanding will be your best friend as well.
Despite how poorly it's aged, it's a great way to teach certain fundamentals, and if you get frustrated, it ends up being a great test-bed for paints and other experiments. Will definitely have you falling back in love with High Grade kits.
